Au Gold Dust for Sale. **0 Kgs, *2 kt., purity *2.5%, $*9.5K / Kg. Please contact us if there is interest. Here are the procedures: DELIVERY TERMS:-

A.  The delivery terms for this Sales and Purchase Agreement shall be in Ghana [By Air Freight] to the Buyer’s Choice of destination.

B.  The Export Taxes, Export Documentation, Freight Cost and other expenses during Export to the Buyer’s destination to be borne by the Buyer. Export Documentations to accompany to the goods before airlifting the product to Buyers Choice of Destination are as follows: - CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN / CERTIFICATE OF OWNERSHIP / GEOLOGICAL SURVEY DEPARTMENT EXPORT PERMIT / CERTIFICATE OF ANALYSIS (ASSAY REPORT) / COMMERCIAL INVOICE / PACKING LIST / BANK OF GHANA EXPORT FORM ‘A2’  CUSTOMS DECLARATION DOCUMENTS  / AIR WAY-BILL.

C. Seller shall ship direct to the Buyer’s Destination. Prior to Aircraft Departure from Point Of Origin, Seller shall notify Buyer; the Airline, Flight Number, Date of expected Departure and Arrival Date and Time. The Buyer, on behalf of Seller, shall clear the Import Customs and other VAT taxes applicable. 

D. Seller must ship between **0 KG – **0 KG of Gold Dust on monthly basis by standard of Export Business. The Seller shall notify the Buyer of the delivery time of each trenched, in return the Buyer should acknowledge the receipt of the same.

E.  Buyer is responsible for all charges at the Nominated Refinery. The Gold Dust goes into the account of the Buyer at the Refinery on arrival.

F. Buyer’s Bank shall issue Bank Guarantee (MT **9) to Seller within 7 to *0 days after the Buyer take F.C.O from Seller. Delivery time:- within *0 days upon receipt of Bank Guarantee.

ASSAY:  One of our Company’s Representatives will accompany the products to the Buyer’s Choice of destination and to his refinery for the Final Assay. Final Assay Report to be made at and by Buyer's Nominated Refinery, this value shall be accepted by both Buyer and Seller.

PAYMENT:-

Payment shall be made within Maximum of *2 banking hours after the Final Assay Report from the sample of the Gold Dust by the Nominated Refinery; the payment shall be made via Wire Transfer (Swift) into Seller’s nominated Bank Account.
